Kimi Mojica

Kimi Mojica (they/she) serves as the Co-Senior Director of Consulting at Justice Funders, where they guide institutions and support leaders to innovate and advance philanthropic practices rooted in social justice values and collective liberation in order to resource movements and build a regenerative economy that prioritizes people and planet over profit.

Kimi works at the nexus of conflict transformation, leadership and organizational development grounded firmly in an equity lens that recognizes how power, structure and systems impact connection, relationships and quality of life. They bring over twenty-five years of experience as a process strategist, facilitator and trainer. As a certified coach, mediator, and Dharma teacher, Kimi specializes in culture building towards collective liberation and stewarding processes that navigate change, transitions and relational rupture and repair. As a self-identified lifelong learner, they often seek to presence the sacredness in life and thrive in spaces that value sovereignty, creativity, play and interdependence.
